and my Journey with OCD, anxiety and intrusive thoughts
Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here.
I created this blog with the hope that it can help anyone struggling with OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts overcome feelings of helplessness and live abundantly. These challenges have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and for decades, I felt completely lost trying to navigate them. My primary goal is to be a resource for anyone looking to improve their life and overcome the fear and mental struggles that accompany OCD and intrusive thoughts!
Once upon a time, I didn’t understand why I was having such dark, distressing thoughts. I was overwhelmed with fear, constantly questioning whether I was somehow wishing or praying for bad things to happen — to myself or to the people I love.
When I hit a point where I could no longer face everything alone, I started searching for answers. That’s when I came across a book called The Secret, which introduced me to the Law of Attraction. From there, I began exploring how it aligned with my faith in God and how I could apply it to help manage my OCD, anxiety and intrusive thoughts.
This journey has shifted me from merely surviving in fear and anxiety to learning how to live abundantly. My goal now is simple: to love my life and make each day feel like the blessing it truly is.
